My order arrived broken or damaged!

Whoops, sorry about that! Unfortunately shipping can get a little rough sometimes, but we'll fix it if you give us the chance! Send us an email at hello@sakuracup.com, tell us what you ordered and your order number and we'll be happy to help you out!

My order never arrived!

Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. If that doesn't work, send us at email at hello@sakuracup.com, tell us what you ordered and your order numbers, and we'll help you out!

How long are shipping times?

Customers in the United States have shipping times of 9-21 days.

For international customers, we are usually able to ship anywhere in the world in 10-31 days.

Shipping Times are how long it takes to ship the item AFTER the order gets processed. It typically is processed in 1-2 days. Due to COVID-19, it may take 5-7 business days to process your order. 

Can I track my order?

Most of the time we offer product tracking, however in some cases it may be unavailable, if that's the case, contact us at hello@sakuracup.com and we will keep you up to date on your order as best as we can!

Please note that it may take up to 7 days before your tracking number becomes active.

When will you ship my order?

We generally can process orders within 24 hours of payment being processed and can take 1-3 days to ship. Please note that estimated shipping and arrival dates are subject to change according to the carrier’s availability. Transit time is dependent on holiday schedule and excludes holidays and weekends. Generally, orders in the USA will arrive 9-21 days after shipping.

I submitted the wrong address!

Mistakes happen! Send us an email as soon as you can at hello@sakuracup.com and we'll be happy to assist you ASAP! Please note, we usually ship our orders within 24 hours so it's possible that your order was already shipped, but we will do our best to help you out regardless!

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We have various warehouses around the world that can fulfill your order. Unexpected custom and import taxes may apply and is the responsibility of the buyer.
